I wrote this on the wrong cart. THIS is the one I have.
One star is too good, but you have to leave at least one! I received one of their carts for my birthday (and I was beyond excited as I had been wanting to get this cart for a while, I just didn't want to spend the $185) but my friend did for me! and while the parts were sealed, one of the screws/nut/bolts were missing. I reached out and they are refusing to send me the missing piece. So now I have a cart that is completely unusable. They want the receipt, but as I explained I didn't buy it, and that shouldn't matter. I am just wanting the one piece, not a whole unit. A mistake was made in packaging (everything was sealed). Beyond rude that they will not send this!! I was a big fan, but I will NEVER buy this product and hopefully my friend(s) won't buy again either!
