VOLUNTARY SAFETY RECALL

Bonnlo Metal Bunk Bed Twin over Twin (* BB0MTTB * BB0MTTW * BB0MTTG Since 2025)

In response to the potential risk of mattress support slats becoming loose or detaching from the D-Series bunk beds, our company proposes the following corrective actions:

(1) Consumer Notification: By the end of October 2026, we plan to proactively contact consumers who previously purchased D-Series products through Amazon, advise them to immediately stop using the affected products, and inform them of the proposed free repair program.

(2) Free Repair Kit: Our company plans to provide affected consumers with a free repair kit containing improved reinforcement components, including two additional horizontal support slats for each bunk (upper and lower), along with the necessary installation hardware, to improve the stability of the mattress support structure. Consumers who have not yet assembled their products will receive updated assembly instructions, while those with assembled products will receive inspection guidelines and repair kit installation instructions.

(3) Contact Information: Our company will provide a dedicated customer service email address and establish a recall information page on the official Bonnlo website, including information about the potential safety risk, free repair program, and instructions for requesting a repair kit.

(4) Implementation Timeline: We expect to complete the production and testing of the improved reinforcement components by October 20, 2026. Upon successful testing and validation, we will begin preparing and distributing the free repair kits. Consumer notifications are planned to begin by the end of October 2026. Instructions for requesting and obtaining the repair kits will be provided through our customer service email and the official Bonnlo website.
