One star is too good, but you have to leave at least one! I received one of their carts for my birthday, and while the parts were sealed, one of the screws/nut/bolts were missing. I reached out and they are refusing to send me the missing piece. So now i have a cart that is completely unusable. They want the receipt, but as I explained I didn't buy it, and that shouldn't matter. I am just wanting teh one piece, not a whole unit. A mistake was made in packaging (everything was sealed) Beyond rude that they will not send this!! I was a big fan, but I will NEVER buy this product and hopefully my friend won't buy again either!

The axle tubes which came part of the kayak cart assembly package do not project/are not long enough for the holes in them to be accessible and to insert the O-lock pins. it looks like somebody tried to modify the plastic part of the wheels to solve the problem but whatever they did was inadequate. Consequently the product is unusable. I did send an email asking for advice or replacement parts but Bonnlo never responded.
